Funk Brothers is the best shop in LA by a long shot. Not only are the honest and trustworthy, they also go above and beyond. They can always fit me in and I am confident in the work they do. Being a woman, it is important to me that I am not spoken down too and that Mechanics don't treat me like I am stupid. They are very knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions. They even printed out additional information for me about the issue with my car so I would know everything. I highly recommend them and feel lucky to have found them.

All I can say is Funk Bros. are great. Honest. Quick. Thorough. Will tell you what you need now and what you can do later... Hell, they will even tell what you what your car doesn't need. But, in the end, you will get very impressive service. They are my go-to.

Might be the best service I've received not only at a mechanic, but at any service-oriented establishment. I've brought my vehicle in before and they've given me the diagnosis without charging, then tell me to take my car to the dealership for a better deal on the repairs needed. That is next level care about their customers. They also explain in detail every issue and explain what and why they need to fix it. I've never seen such honesty and thorough clarity before in my life. I recommend this place to my mother. (and this is not a fake review).

I've been coming to Funk bros for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else ! They've always provided me with honest, reliable, quick and affordable service. I have a 10 year old Jeep that, in addition to regular commuting, makes several cross country road trips a year. Funk Bros has been instrumental in keeping her running smoothly. They never pressure me into unexpected repairs, are always up front with associated costs and we discuss together kind of work that is critical and the kind of repairs that can wait. Having a reliable car in LA is pretty important and car repairs can be a tough business. I'm so thankful to have found an Automotive team that I can trust and count on!

I am a relatively new customer, and I have always been pleased with the service. This visit was for a simple oil change, and when I stood at the counter I mentioned in passing that my sunglasses that I clip onto my prescription glasses had fallen somewhere under the driver's seat. I have a back injury and it's been difficult trying to locate them let alone get them out. When I came to pick up my car a couple hours later (the oil change was done very quickly) I noticed that they had made the extra effort and found my sunglasses and placed them on the passenger seat waiting for me. They didn't need to look for them, yet they went the extra mile and saved my back from additional pain. That's the high quality and concern you can get at Funk Brothers, not only for your car, but for you.

I have complete confidence in this shop and the people who run it. They were friendly and professional. I brought in my 2003 Caddie and they gave it a good looking over and told me I didn't need the work I thought I did. Very honest and informative. I would highly recommend this shop! i will be back.

This place is a gem! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and treated like friends. They have a very organized system in place, you check in on an iPad upon arrival and fill out all the necessary info regarding your vehicle details and what sort of services you would like to have preformed. There's NO BS at Funk Bros. These guys tell it like it is and don't try to upsell you with unnecessary services and repairs! Despite having a parking lot loaded with vehicles to service, they took care of our cars in a very timely fashion and we drove away satisfied the following day. Skip the "stealership" and bring your business here!

Been coming here for years with two different cars. They have always looked out for me and I have never felt like they were working for the money but working for their customers, to take care of them and get them on the road as quickly, efficiently, and reasonably priced as possible. Highly recommend them to everyone reading this as much as I have always recommended them to my friends!

I would be thrilled if Funk Brothers ONLY did excellent work at good prices, but the fact that they are always so kind, courteous, and helpful makes me want to recommend this business to everyone.

this's too terrible!!!!!! they did fix half done!! They charge me too expensive!!! but they didn't give me back money!!! eventhough my car had to fix other shop again!!!! I knew that they order NOT genuine products or Sth!!! and they didn't admit their fault. Seriosly i'll make report there!!! I don't recommend there!!! Just terrible!!!
