Helpful and seem very honest. They are considerate and try to save you money. My car was making a scary clicking sound. They tested it in front of me. Found it was a minor problem with my hubcap. They removed it, fixed the problem, and didn't charge me! This was my 1st time there. They seemed honest, respectful, and caring:)

My Honda fit's wheel rod piece that connects to the front axel (? I think) broke while driving to work on the way to West Hollywood from Orange County, just a few blocks from this shop. I was extremely worried a "Hollywood" auto shop would rip me off (especially being that I'm not even certain the piece that broke). I dropped it off around 9am, and they had it ready for me by 4pm (even having to order the part from elsewhere). I tried to get off of work early and wasn't able to get the shop before they closed, but they were gracious enough to remain open for me for a few minutes so I could pick up the car, pay, and drive home - saving me a fortune in uber fees. I highly recommend. They're very professional, communicative, and they are very familiar with hondas. If my car every breaks again and nearly kills me on the way to work - this is where I'm going to have it fixed. Service: General repairs & maintenance
