I'm not well-versed in cars so my trips to the auto shop are always anxiety-filled. I'm always prepared to be upsold, but Funk Bros did not give me the same experience. They took in my car, diagnosed the issue with clear explanations, and provided recommendations. Although the recommendations weren't financially friendly (lol), they did the basic maintenance I requested and told me to wait things out since the recommendations weren't time sensitive. The total cost was far less than what I expected with the amount of work they did to my car/ I was happy about that! Great customer service - they even followed up a few days later to make sure the car didn't have any issues. Def recommend!

I currently drive a 2014 BMW 328ix. Having a older vehicle you know you're going to incur problems. Indeed I did. I took my BMW to Crevier in Orange County, and was told what my issues were. Camshaft and Transmission. So when my broke down I thought it was the camshaft as well as they did, I gave authorization to repair my vehicle, the same thing continued. My car was missed diagnosed at least 5 times. I ended up breaking down again. Couldn't trust the dealership anymore, did a Google search, There I would find the Funk Bros Auto Shop. They told me what the issues were and now I'm very happy. Good customer service, and great prices. Please if your car is "NOT" under warranty don't waste your time with the dealership. The Funk Bros is who you need and all you need. Now I'm a ride or die customer for life.

It's really hard to find an honest mechanic but when you do it builds great trust and this is definitely one place I can put my full trust in. Such great service!!

Great customer service and follow up by the mechanic. My Honda was broken into via punching out the door handle lock and the battery kept dying as a result of the alarm being constantly triggered by the thieves handy work on my door. They were able to reprogram my alarm and install a new lock that worked seamlessly with my keyless entry fob. This service cost me $500. Elsewhere when I've had the battery replaced on my fob it didn't work and I had to come back several times. Here they did it perfectly, ordered all the pieces and I haven't had a problem since. After replacing my broken window a week prior and now my lock I was worried I would have to pay for a new battery but they figured it out and saved me from another expense throughout the whole stressful ordeal.

Best service money can buy! I Would not consider taking my car any where else! Funk bros will be transparent with you and their pricing is super competitive
